Objective
Quickly know how to use the common functions of 2UPM.
Steps
A - set options.
Open 'Options' interface via clicking 'Tools -> Options...' menu item and view the default settings, if they are inappropriate for your hosts general environment, please change them to meet it. We recommend you to change the password of password viewer by clicking button in order to show/hide the passwords in all interface, the default is no password, please remember it well after changed.
B - add hosts.
To add a host, please click the 'Hosts -> Add Host...' menu item. After filled the [Host Address], [Port], [Protocol], [Login] and [Existing Password] fields, make a test by clicking button, if it is successful then click <Save & Add> (if you want to add another) or <Save & Close> (if you do not want to add another at the moment) to save current host.

C - operate hosts and passwords.
On the main interface, press <F7>, the 'Confirm Password' interface will be shown, input the password of the password viewer which set on the 'Options' interface and then press <Enter>, the passwords in the main interface and all other interfaces will be shown. To hide the passwords, please press <F7> again.
Select some hosts in the list by your ways (<Ctrl/Shift> + click or mouse selecting), and then click 'Passwords -> Generate New Password(s)' menu item to generate the new password(s) for them according to the password rules, and then press <F5> to change the existing password(s) to new password(s), you can also change back the existing password(s) to extend their useful life by clicking 'Passwords -> Copy [Existing Password] to [New Password]' menu item and then press <F5>. If you want to input specific password for a host, double-click it and fill [New Password] and then click <Save & Close>. After changed, please see the [Execution Result] column to know the results and you can click 'Passwords -> Test Login Using Existing Password(s)' to check the results.
If there is any trouble, please press <F8> and/or <F9> to analyze the reasons.
D - backup and load hosts.
Click 'Hosts -> Export Hosts...' menu item to backup the hosts list to the txt/xls(x) files and click 'Hosts -> Import Hosts...' menu item to load the hosts list from the txt/xls(x) files.
